Education & Experience
Stephen G. Cobb was born and raised in the Pensacola area. He attended Pensacola Junior College, the University of Missouri, Florida State University, and the Victoria University of Manchester in England. He currently holds four degrees:
Associate of Science (Electronics Technology)
Associate of Science (Computer Technology)
Bachelor of Arts (History)
Juris Doctorate (Law)
He was Adjunct Professor of Evidence at the University of West Florida and taught Law School Aptitude Test preparation due to his exceptional LSAT score.
A well-regarded local speaker, Mr. Cobb also teaches criminal defense law to other lawyers, primarily through the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers – Okaloosa/Walton Chapter.
Mr. Cobb has exclusively practiced criminal defense law since 1990. He has handled well over ten thousand cases from DUI to First Degree Murder. In 1998, he won his first Capital Case, State v. Johnny Bryant Gafford.
